Mobile price in Pakistan

Mobile price in Pakistan means the retail price a phone actually sells for here, in Pakistani rupees. We list those prices with specifications, by brand and by price band. We do not sell phones, so every figure here records what a phone costs rather than an offer to supply one.

Recorded, never guessed

Display, camera, battery, chipset and storage are recorded per phone. A specification we do not hold is shown as missing, never guessed.

Prices per variant

Storage and RAM variants are priced separately, because the same phone rarely costs one number.

Budget to flagship

The range runs from budget A-series and Redmi phones to Galaxy S and iPhone flagships.

Expected, and labelled

An announced phone carries its expected price under that label until a recorded price replaces it.

What it takes to run a phone in Pakistan

A phone used on a Pakistani network has to be registered with the PTA. Phones sold with an official Pakistani warranty are registered already. One brought in from abroad is not. It loses mobile service once its grace period ends, so the tax due on it is part of what the phone actually costs.

The price of a phone here is not a launch figure, and not a converted dollar amount. The same phone can cost different amounts for different storage and RAM variants, and can differ again between retailers. Every figure on this site is recorded against the variant it belongs to.

What moves a phone price in Pakistan

Three things move a phone's price. The first is the hardware: chipset, display, camera resolution, battery capacity and built-in storage separate a phone selling near Rs 20,000 from one near Rs 200,000. The second is import duty and PTA registration tax, which apply to the phone rather than to the shop. The same model therefore costs more here than its international price suggests. The third is age. A phone drops through the price bands as newer models arrive.

Brands sold in Pakistan

Samsung's Galaxy range runs from budget A-series phones to the S-series at the top, and Apple sells the iPhone at the premium end. Xiaomi sells its Redmi line, Oppo the A, Reno and Find series, and Vivo the V and Y lines. Realme, Honor and OnePlus are listed too. Infinix, Tecno and itel have the lowest median prices of these brands' current phones, from Rs 22,999 for itel to Rs 42,999 for Tecno. Each brand page lists that brand's current phones with prices and specifications.

Which phones count as current

Not every phone listed here is still sold. A phone counts as current when it has not been discontinued and was released in 2020 or later. An undated phone is not counted as current, because it cannot be shown to be. Older phones keep their pages, because what a phone cost is still the answer to what it cost, and they are ordered last.
